I've been spending some time surfing other blogs that deal with fat in some way. I came across one by a woman who says she's fat but her husband is secure enough in his masculinity to love a fat woman.
Does that mean that a woman who finds this guy repulsive isn't secure in her femininity? Or does it mean that she's experiencing a normal, human, visceral reaction against such a grotesque distortion of the human shape?
Attacking men in the crotch seems to be a common tactic used by women in fat arguments. It's curious that fat men don't use the equivalent tactic. Or is the fat pride/fat acceptance movement mostly a matter of screaming by fat women? Are fat men screaming, too? As much? As loudly?
