Judging by the arguments I read online, a lot of fat people think that you're either really fat or really thin. Either you look like them, or you look like a concentration camp inmate. That's one of their favorite phrases, concentration camp inmate.
Guys, there's a really range between those extremes. There are even words to describe places along that range, words like slender, slim, lean. Those are good words, especially lean.
